Stress: a global multidimensional common denominator

SUMMARY The manifestations of stress are diverse and culturally individually determined, but it is present in every culture, socioeconomic level – global. Introducing a special BJPsych Advances issue on stress, this editorial outlines research questions to be examined first actions taken the multidimensional sphere highlighting need for collaborative interdisciplinary approach both practice.
